Every recipe is made using carefully selected, natural ingredients that highlight distinctive Latvian flavours. Each ice cream is handmade, delighting both young and grown-up sweet lovers while evoking nostalgic memories for adults.

At the café, you can not only enjoy delicious frozen desserts, but during spring and autumn you can also book ice cream-making workshops and discover fascinating stories about how ice cream is made and how the café itself came to life.
