Camping Ezerpriedes

Just 130 km from Riga and 28 km from Valmiera, in the very heart of the North Vidzeme Biosphere Reserve, Lake Burtnieks offers you the power of its waves and the mysterious glow of its sunsets.

The campsite invites you to unwind in a pine forest on the shores of Lake Burtnieks, staying in camping cabins, tents, or camper vans. Guests have access to well-equipped toilets and showers, as well as a shared kitchen. Camper vans can refill drinking water and empty wastewater tanks.

Scenic picnic spots along the lakeshore let you enjoy the chorus of frogs and birdsong. A relaxation area with hammocks and a playground for children are also available.

Awarded the “Green Certificate” and “Hiker-Friendly” label, the campsite offers boat, catamaran, and SUP board rentals.

Fish in Burtnieks, stay at the campsite! The lake is known for excellent fishing spots and is especially popular among pike anglers and zander trollers. More than 20 fish species can be found here.
