Let's celebrate the BMX festival in Valmiera together!

o mark this important occasion, a special photo orienteering game called “BMX Code: Valmiera!” has been created, inviting residents and visitors not only to celebrate the event but also to actively and excitingly explore Valmiera’s cycling culture. The orienteering game will be open from July 1 to July 13.

The game is designed as a leisure activity for families, groups of friends, students, and cyclists. Participants will need to identify and visit nine locations and landmarks shown in photos, located in Valmiera and its surroundings. These locations are all related to cycling – historically significant, modern, or thematically relevant. At each spot, players must find a sticker with the BMX Championship logo and a QR code, under which a word is hidden.

The aim of the game is to discover various cycling-related places in and around Valmiera in an educational and entertaining way, thereby promoting the European BMX Cycling Championship.

On July 14, three lucky winners will be drawn at random to receive €20 gift cards from the store “Gandrs.”
